What Day Sheets Does

Day Sheets is a tour management platform that helps artists and their teams organize daily schedules, travel logistics, and communications while on the road.

Information We Collect

When you use Day Sheets, we collect:

• Account information -- your name, email address, and profile photo (via Google sign-in or manual registration)
• Content you create -- day sheets, events, travel records, notes, and contacts you add to the platform
• Google account data -- when you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar events and Google Contacts to help you build day sheets and distribute them to your team

How We Use Google Data

Day Sheets requests access to the following Google services:

• Google Calendar -- to read your calendar events and sync day sheet events back to your calendar. We only access calendars you explicitly connect.
• Google Contacts -- to help you find and select recipients when distributing day sheets via email. Contact data is used solely for address lookup within the app.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google data to any third parties. Google data is used exclusively to provide Day Sheets functionality to you.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

• With team members you explicitly invite to your artist's Day Sheets
• Via email distribution lists you configure and send
• When required by law

Your Rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your account data at any time
• Disconnect your Google account from Day Sheets
• Revoke Day Sheets' access via your Google Account permissions
• Request a copy of your data or full account deletion
